Summary Table

This table is a quick summary of all the visit log data sent to Joe by the volunteers.

This WatkinsSummary is a summary of services for each House and Pod. The VolunteerStats is a summary for each volunteer. RawData is the log for each jail visit. LbjSummary and ChaplainReport aren’t used anymore. Here are some definitions of terms used in the tables:

1. Summary Period: This is the number of days since the current day that the summary is calculated from. For example, if it is set to 60, the the summary period is for the last 60 days.
2. Date Updated: This is the last time this table was updated.
3. Start Date: Date that the Summary Period started.
4. Days since last visit: The number of days since the last visit. NA (Not Applicable) means it wasn’t visited during the summary period.
5. Num of visits: The total number of visits in the summary period.
6. Men at visit: ‘ave‘ is the average number of men for each visit. ‘last‘ is the number of men at the last visit. If 0, then the pod was called, but no men responded. This doesn’t mean we shouldn’t call the pod next time, because things change from week to week. NA means it wasn’t visited in the summary period.
